The Sims 4: How to Claim Daily Rewards

In the latest Sims 4 update, the EA team introduced daily rewards into the game, which give players the opportunity to get free rewards each week. These rewards range from functional items like a one-tile bar to new Create-a-Sim items and one new trait.

While everyone loves free stuff, it wasn’t clear how to claim these daily rewards at first, so here’s a breakdown of how you can claim these free rewards.

How to Claim Daily Rewards in The Sims 4

  • Load your Sims game
  • Click the box in the upper left corner that says ‘Happy at Home Login Event.
  • Click ‘claim reward.’

Then, you have to repeat these steps each day for a new reward, and you’re all set for the event.

If you miss a day or two, don’t worry. You’ll still be able to claim the previous rewards as long as they’re within the event time. However, you can only claim one reward a day, so you’ll be a little behind if you miss a day.

Week One Daily Rewards

Week one has three new items that players can claim.

The first item in this event is the ‘Bullseye Dartboard.’ It’s not a complex item, but it adds some fun gameplay. Before now, the only way to get a dartboard was with Get Together, but now there’s one for the base game. This dartboard is also more compact than the ones that come with Get Together, making it more usable.

The second item is the ‘Night and Sky Layered Necklace.’ This is a new Create-a-Sim item. It’s a new necklace for players to use when creating their sims.

The last item for the first week is the ‘Guerdon Goods Mini Fridge and Nanocan 2.0.’ This reward adds a mini fridge to the base game; they were only available with Discover University. You’ll also receive a recolor of the money-making trash can.

Week Two

The first item in week two is the ‘Compact Bar.’ This item works like the other bars in the game, but it’s smaller. It’s more usable and accessible to work with compared to the current bars.

The last item in week two is the ‘Serenity Hairstyle.’ This is a long, straight hairstyle that players can use in Create-a-Sim.

Week Three

The first item in week three is the ‘Casual Comfort Pillow.’ These pillows are decorations that players can use to add a lived-in feel to their builds. Before this, these kinds of things were only available with custom content.

The last item in week three is the ‘Practice Makes Perfect‘ personality trait. This trait allows sims to learn skills faster as they keep working but might be slower to understand initially. If you don’t want to wait to unlock this trait, you can find it by randomizing the traits in Create-a-Sim.

Week Four

This is the last week of the event and only has one item: the ‘Guerdon Goods Vending Machine and Athleisure Wear.’ This adds a vending machine to the base game; previously, they were only available with Snowy Escape. The activewear that comes with this day doesn’t look the nicest; it’s just some sweatpants and hoodies for kids, young adults, adults, and elders.
