Drug Dealer Simulator 2: How to Save Your Game

It’s relatively easy to make progress in Drug Dealer Simulator 2. The tutorial segment shows the ropes and teaches you how to package products, where to buy fertilizer, and how to sell to the island’s residents. Before long, you’ll be running the show. But it would suck to lose all of that progress, right? Here is how to save your game in Drug Dealer Simulator 2!

How to Save in Drug Dealer Simulator 2

There are multiple save mechanics at play in Drug Dealer Simulator 2. The game will periodically auto-save as you progress through the storyline and various quests, and you’ll note in the top-right corner of the HUD when progress saves. But you must be within a safe zone if you want to save manually from the pause menu.

This means venturing back into the bunker atop the hill in the early game. It’s the only available safe zone at the beginning of the game, and it’s quite the trek. Unfortunately, you cannot manually save the game while exploring the island or pushing products to the citizens.

If you quit without saving, you will lose a good chunk of progress!

How to Unlock New Safe Zones to Save

As mentioned, you must be within a safe zone to save your game in Drug Dealer Simulator 2. If you’re outside a zone, you cannot save. As such, to unlock new safe zones, progress through the game and start forming your criminal empire.

As you start making waves on the various islands, earning additional reputation, and unlocking new mechanics and clients, you’ll eventually unlock new property.
