Drug Dealer Simulator 2: How to Purchase Hideouts

As your business expands and you start unlocking new crafting recipes for more expensive products, you’ll want to also push your boundaries by spreading your reach with additional hideouts. The more land you own, the more you can cook. Here is how to purchase hideouts in Drug Dealer Simulator 2!

How to Buy Hideouts in Drug Dealer Simulator 2

Isla Sombra—the game world of Drug Dealer Simulator 2—includes multiple hideouts that you can purchase. Most islands, besides the small starter island, feature more than one. Some of these prove more expensive and more efficient than others, so you’ll want to shop around when buying a new hideout in Drug Dealer Simulator 2.

To buy one, locate the hideout in question and walk up to the “For Sale” sign sitting outside. Interact with the sign and select “View Property” and then “View.” You’ll automatically be teleported inside, where you’ll find the overall layout of the hideout, but it’s utterly barren besides you and the realtor—Miroslaw “Stefano” Jalapeno.

You can check a few hideout features and factors in the bottom left of your HUD, including:

  • Price
  • Visibility
  • Security
  • Comfort
  • Running Water
  • Phoneline

If you’re satisfied with the lot and have enough money in the bank, speak to Stefano in the corner. He’ll offer a few dialogue choices, including “I’m considering buying” and “Not sure, maybe another time,” if you’re still on the fence.

As you’ll likely only buy one hideout for now, it’s wise to shop around and check out what’s available. To save you a little time, I recommend two in the early game.

On the map above, you’ll note I indicated both locations. The one to the north on the second island is more expensive, but it’s also one of the most attractive and spacious lots available to you at this point in the game. It’ll set you back a staggering $360,000. On the third island along its southern beach, the second hideout sells for around $200,000.
