Disney Dreamlight Valley’s The Lucky Dragon Update Out Now

Disney Dreamlight Valley has released the Lucky Dragon update. This free update introduces bug fixes, a new star path event, and exciting new characters.

The Lucky Dragon

The first big thing that came with this update was the introduction of two beloved Disney classics: Mulan and Mushu. Mulan and Mushu can be found in the castle through one of the realm doors that costs 15,000 dreamlight to unlock. Mushu is his own character and not a companion like other animal companions in the past.

In addition, there are new decorations you can use to decorate your valley, which can be found in the building menu.

The next addition in this update is the Majesty and Magnolias Star Path. Like other Star Path events, you will have a list of tasks you must complete to unlock various items. Some of these items include a new companion and new hairstyles.

This update also includes a new limited-time quest from Remy, in which you help him decorate the exterior of his restaurant in exchange for wrought iron, which can be used to craft new furniture. There are also new items in the shop themed around surfing that can be bought with real money.

Celebrating Pride Month

Disney Dreamlight Valley also added some new pride t-shirts in this update to celebrate pride month. These t-shirts represent Pride flags that can be claimed for free in the settings menu. The codes provided also include items like furniture and accessories. After claiming these, they will be sent to your mailbox shortly after. All of the codes and items that can be claimed can be found on the Disney Dreamlight Valley blog.

The Lucky Dragon Patch Notes

The final part of this big update is some bug fixes. These bug fixes focused on various parts of the game, like edit mode, Dreamsnaps, and multiplayer features.

Some of the most notable fixes include bugs prohibiting players from completing quests, such as being unable to pick up or place items and not having other items count towards the quest goals. They also optimized the game better in hopes of reducing the amount of crashes players were experiencing.

A complete list of the bug fixes can be found on the Disney Dreamlight Valley website.
