How to Complete A Gift of Robes in Diablo 4
Once you achieve Honor Rank 5 with the Iron Wolves by participating in Helltide, Soudeh will request an audience again. She’s missing yet another Iron Wolf, a young man named Telan, and they have a last-known position for you somewhere in Fractured Peaks to the northeast.
You must track down Telan, uncover the mysteries within his campsite, and deal with any demons along the way.

Where to Find Telan
You will find Telan in Pine Passage, to the southeast of Yelesna, in the Fractured Peaks. When you receive the quest, it provides you with a large radius to search. But to expedite your mission, exit Yelesna from the southeast gate, then wrap down around to the south until you enter the river that runs beneath the settlement. Follow this river down until you reach an embankment, where you’ll note a massive glowing point of interest—Pine Passage.
