Cult of the Lamb: How to Make a Prison

As your following grows in scope, you may find yourself dealing with the occasional Dissenter in Cult of the Lamb. The best thing to do is never to ignore them, as they’ll often cause chaos and spread malcontent. Instead, learn how to make a Prison in Cult of the Lamb to re-educate the wayward Follower!

How to Build a Prison in Cult of the Lamb

To make a prison in Cult of the Lamb, you must first unlock the construct using Divine Inspiration, then visit your build station. Under ‘Follower,’ you’ll find the Prison, which requires:

  • 25x Lumber
  • 20x Gold Coins

It’s important to note that anytime you place a Follower in Prison, it will reduce your overall Faith by 15. If you have the Belief in Original Sin trait, however, then you’ll only lose 2 Faith.

How to Use a Prison

To use a Prison, simply finish the construction and then walk up and interact with the pillory. You’ll receive a new menu, which will allow you to pick precisely which Follower you wish to imprison. You cannot imprison a Follower if they’re out on a mission, however.

After you choose your Follower, they’ll automatically enter the Prison, and any nearby Followers will stop by to mock them.

Once a Follower is in Prison, their Hunger does not deplete, though they do still age.
