Wood, otherwise known as Lumber in the game, is a staple in any growing community and necessary for most construction objects. You can get Wood in Cult of the Lamb by chopping down trees, destroying wood piles, and building the Lumberyard, allowing Followers to chop Wood up to a max of 50.
Occasionally, you may stumble upon a room within the Crusade filled with wood piles and trees to chop. It’s a good source of quick Wood for running low.
In the early game, you will need to chop Wood yourself as you won’t have the Followers necessary to keep a steady supply of Wood coming into the base. As you progress, you can assign Followers to handle the task.
What is Wood Used For in Cult of the Lamb
First and foremost, you will require plenty of Wood to place down buildings and decorations. But you also require Wood to repair the Lighthouse at Pilgrims Passage and to refine at a Refinery for Wooden Planks.
