A staple of playing an open-world game on PC is the ability to mod, to add in the most extravagant and odd game modifications that don’t have any place, Like when folks include Thomas the Tank Engine in Skyrim. So, with that visual in mind, will Pacific Drive have mod support?
Can You Mod Pacific Drive?
At launch, you cannot mod Pacific Drive. Unfortunately, developer Ironwood Studios said they will not offer mod support when the game launches, though modding is an important aspect of gaming that they would like to focus on.
In their FAQ, the studio said that many of the team started by modding video games. Whether or not it will happen, however, remains to be seen, as they do not have any plans right now to include mod support.

What Types of Mods Could Pacific Drive Have?
If I know the modding community, if and when mod support in Pacific Drive finally happens, it will be chaos. We’ll have all manner of unique vehicles to replace the station wagon, first and foremost. Then, I suspect customization mods will become popular. Lastly, I imagine various anomaly mods to help flesh out the world and make the experience throughout the Pacific Northwest more dangerous overall will hit Nexus.
