Will Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Launch on Xbox One?
You cannot play Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 on Xbox One. Once the Space Marine 2 release date hits on September 9, the game will only launch for a select few systems, primarily current-gen consoles and PC, and will not be available on last-gen systems whatsoever.
Unfortunately, the third-person action game is not available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or Nintendo Switch.
For those who have yet to upgrade their systems, primarily consoles, then that’s a massive bummer. We don’t yet know the Space Marine 2 system requirements, so there’s no telling what type of PC can run the game successfully, either.

What Systems Will Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Be On?
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will only be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Home Interactive primarily focuses on digital storefronts. However, they have a Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Collector’s Edition, which features physical items, like a statue and steelbook.
The Guide Hall would love for everyone to have a chance to play Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, no matter their system, but current game development proves rather expensive. Unfortunately, we recognize that development for last-gen systems is phasing out.
