On November 14, 2024, Team Asobi released the final Stellar Speedway DLC update for Astro Bot. This update included the fifth and final level for the pack, “Rising Heat.” Although this is the last update for this pack, this will not be the last Astro Bot DLC for the beloved platformer.
STELLAR SPEEDWAY INTRODUCES SPEEDRUNNING LEVEL
For those who might not be familiar with it, the Stellar Speedway is a free DLC update for Astro Bot. This new “Galaxy” has five speed run levels that put your skills to the test. Each world focuses on one of the main power-ups in the main game. Not only are they about speed, but you can also collect two new VIP Bots worldwide.
- Building Speed (Barkster The Bulldog Booster)
- Let it Slide (Elephant Hose-Nose)
- Spring-loaded Run (Twin Frog Gloves)
- Helium Heights (Octo-Balloon)
- Rising Heat (Monkey Climber)

NEW CREDITS REVEAL NEW BOTS FROM OTHER FRANCHISES
As Reddit user Pkoswald noticed, the DLC updated the end credits. These reveal new bots from the series that have not yet been released. Although we don’t know the exact characters, we do know from which games:
- Assassin’s Creed
- Beyond Good & Evil
- Croc
- Rayman
- Tomba
- Worms
Even though Team Asobi has not announced when these Bots or any new DLC will be released, we can assume it’ll be soon since they’re already in the credits.
