The boss battles in The First Descendant are called Void Intercept Missions. You can find them by double-pressing the map key, bringing up the world map, and looking in the bottom left. Grave Walker is the first boss you’ll fight in The First Descendant.
Grave Walker isn’t a terribly difficult boss, but as your first one in the game, it’s good to know some tips and tricks. All of the Void Intercept Missions in The First Descendant can be played solo or with multiple people, and we recommend playing with others, at least for your first time.
Aim for the Weak-Points
Grave Walker has three main weak points. The first and most prominent is right in the center of his face. The other two are on his shoulder and the top of his head, respectively. His helmet, on the top of his head, is difficult to hit. We recommend going for either the shoulder or straight on at the green circle in the middle of his face.
Once you hit the weak points, they will glow blue or green, depending on where you hit Grave Walker. If you’re playing with a group, try having each member target a specific weak spot.

Watch out for Roly-Polys & Immunity Times
Grave Walker will occasionally send out small enemies called Roly-Polys. These little guys are easy to knock out but can become overpowering if not handled soon.
Grave Walker’s health will dwindle, and he will become immune to all attacks. The only way to end his immunity is to shoot the canisters on each of his knees.
Finishing Grave Walker
Once the canisters are destroyed, Grave Walker will be vulnerable to attacks again. This time, instead of focusing on weak points, shoot him quickly and consistently while avoiding his rocket attacks.
More guns on Grave Walker make it easier for him to go down, so try having all your party members run at him simultaneously. It shouldn’t be long before Grave Walker is defeated, and you’re on the next boss.
