Thanks To Your Support, Dying Light: The Beast Is Releasing Early

You’ll find countless loud voices in the gaming community constantly telling you not to pre-order, but for those who do, the benefits and the outcry of support for a studio can genuinely make a difference. In the case of Techland, the team saw your love and support for Dying Light: The Beast. With more than one million pre-orders, the studio decided to bring forward the release date for Dying Light: The Beast, and it’s now releasing a day early!

Instead of launching on September 19, Dying Light: The Beast will now release on September 18, 2025, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Dying Light Franchise Director Tymon Smektala said:

Seeing the excitement from our community for the return of Kyle Crane in Dying Light: The Beast, and knowing the game is ready, we wanted to do something special for our players. We pushed ourselves to make the impossible possible, and that’s why we’re releasing the game a little earlier. I can’t wait to see players’ reactions when they finally step into the world of The Beast.

Alongside the new release date, players can score an exclusive reward for buying and playing the game, though it won’t be unveiled until launch week. I’m guessing a skin of some sort, either for protagonist Kyle Crane or one of the more popular weapons in the game. We’ll have to wait and see, though!
