It’s part of the game, right? But eventually, your inventory can’t hold anymore. What then? Here is how to upgrade your bag in Starsand Island to hold more items in your inventory!
How to Increase Inventory Size in Starsand Island
It’s actually quite easy to upgrade your bag in Starsand Island. You don’t need to visit a shop and pay exorbitant amounts of money, like in Stardew Valley. Instead, open your inventory with LB + Up (Controller) or B (Keyboard).
Once you’re in your inventory, hit the View button, which looks like two small overlapping boxes, when playing with a controller. If you’re using a mouse and keyboard, just use your mouse to select ‘Expand’ at the bottom left of your inventory.
That option will bring up the ‘Upgrade Bag’ menu, which asks you to input necessary crafting resources to expand your inventory in Starsand Island. Each upgrade appears to grant five additional slots, and you can upgrade your bag eight times total. To expand your bag, you require:
- Fiber
- Stone
- Softwood
The amount varies depending on the upgrade in question.
