How to Get Rid of Your Bounty in Starfield
To clear your bounty in Starfield, you should visit a Trackers Alliance Bounty Clearance Kiosk, which can be found in all the major cities and a few other locations around the Settled Systems. These DIY boards allow you to check your current bounty with each faction and then pay off the total sum if you’d like.
Alternatively, if you don’t have the credits to pay off the full bounty at the Kiosk, you can wait until the law catches up with you to offer a bribe. It doesn’t always work, though you’ll have an increased chance of success by placing a few skill points into Negotiation in the Social Skill Tree. But you cannot bribe a guard if your bounty surpasses 10,000 credits.
Lastly, if all else fails, serve your jail time honorably. The length of your stint behind bars depends on the severity of your crime and the size of your current bounty. But it’s not all bad. Sure, you’ll lose a bit of XP for wasting away in a prison cell for a short period, but it’s over and done in the blink of a loading screen.

Alternatively, you can build one at your outpost with a handful of materials:
