A sizable part of Starfield is exploring the vast galaxy of star systems in a spaceship you call yours. You can purchase and sell ships, upgrade ship modules, dogfight, and jump across systems in mere seconds. It all starts with a trusty ship. Here’s how to get the Star Eagle in Starfield!
Where to Get the Star Eagle in Starfield
To get the Star Eagle in Starfield, you must join with and progress through the Freestar Rangers’ faction questline. Your goal is the final faction quest, The Hammer Falls, which tasks you with wrapping up your investigation of the mercenary company by bringing a little frontier justice to the culprits. As a reward, Marshal Daniel Blake provides you with the keys to the Star Eagle in the Akila City Spaceport.

This is easily one of the best early-game ships in Starfield. You can finish the entire Freestar Rangers questline in under ten hours, give or take, depending on your playstyle. I bet you could finish it much sooner if you speedrun, though.

Like all other starships in the game, the Star Eagle does come stock with a few core ship modules. For the most part, these prove more efficient and useful than other stock ships in the game. You’ll still want to upgrade ship modules, like the weapons, shield, hull, and jump range, but it’s an exceptional starting point.
