Ashura, a purple-ish Elf in charge of the Ormuu’s Horn Inn in Palia, is a crucial character you’ll frequently interact with. He provides a handful of quests, runs the Foraging Shop, where you’ll purchase crafting recipes for workbenches and tools, and generally exudes a stable and heartwarming connection to the town. How to Find Ashura in Palia
One of the earliest quests in Palia, where you must place down your home’s foundation and build your starter house, requires Sapwood Planks and Stone Bricks. You don’t have access to these two resources, nor the workbenches necessary to craft them, but Ashura in town will sell you one piece of the puzzle. If only you could find him!

I usually have the best luck finding him at his lucky fishing spot, just by the farms, or first thing in the morning when he’s doing push-ups in his room upstairs in the Tavern. If you don’t mind interrupting his morning routine, he’ll speak with you and sell you items even mid-exercise!
