Pacific Drive: How to Heal Yourself

You’ll spend a lot of time worrying about your trusty vehicle in Pacific Drive, but what about yourself? You’re vulnerable in the Olympic Exclusion Zone, with anomalies willing to tear you limb from limb. Here is how to heal yourself in Pacific Drive!

How to Heal in Pacific Drive

To heal yourself in Pacific Drive, you must find a First Aid Station or healing items, which you can loot from throughout the environment. The items in the game will only provide a slight healing boost, but the First Aid Station back at the Auto Shop should heal you entirely before you head out on a trip.

The First Aid Station at Oppy’s Auto Shop is easily the best way to heal in the game. However, the only way to use it is to be at the Auto Shop. You’ll have to rely on other healing items if you’re out on a run.

Additionally, you can find Canned Food in Pacific Drive that, when consumed, will heal a small portion of health. It doesn’t heal instantaneously, however, so use it wisely. Your health pool will slowly fill a small percentage with each Canned Food item you eat, so I always keep a small stack in my trunk’s storage.

Tips to Stay Alive in Pacific Drive

As previously mentioned, I always like to keep Canned Food with me in my trunk, but you can also make some room for a first aid kit. You’ll loot them occasionally from the various trailers and the trunks of wrecked vehicles on the side of the road.

The Canned Food takes up a 1×2 space, while the aid kit takes up a 4×4 space, so plan accordingly.

Furthermore, use the First Aid Station at the Auto Shop each time you prepare to leave on a run. Even if you only require a tiny bit of healing, use it! It can save your life.
