From what I gather, you can purchase a single copy via the PlayStation Store, which will work on both PS4 and PS5.

You can score a copy of The Outlast Trials on PS4 for $39.99. That’s much lower than the average price of games these days, which is often as high as $69.99. However, $40 is still a lot to many people.
Is The Outlast Trials worth it? Absolutely! It’s one of my favorite games of the year, not just in the horror genre, but in my top five of 2024!
