Unfortunately, you cannot play The Outlast Trials on Game Pass. As of right now, it is not coming to the monthly service, and there’s no word on whether it will anytime in the near future.
Believe it or not, The Outlast Trials was a massive success in Steam Early Access, and the console release will boost its popularity further. I imagine developer Red Barrels hopes to capitalize on its popularity before resorting to essentially giving the game away on Game Pass to boost player numbers. However, that could happen down the line. Who’s to say?!

If you don’t mind paying for an exceptional multiplayer horror game, then The Outlast Trials is worth every penny. I’ve picked up two copies for myself and one for a friend, but I can’t convince my wife to try it. Oh, well!
