Can You Play Hunt: Showdown Crossplay?
Hunt: Showdown is crossplay, but it’s limited in scope. If you’re playing on PC, you’re stuck on PC. For now, you can only purchase Hunt: Showdown on Steam, which means the game is system-locked for mouse and keyboard users. But on consoles, both Xbox and PlayStation players can connect and play.
So, in some ways, Hunt: Showdown is crossplay and cross-platform, but again, only on console.
Why?
Because developer Crytek understands that the mouse and keyboard are significantly more accurate in a first-person shooter. While useful in specific scenarios and genres, a controller proves far less precise in an FPS like Hunt: Showdown.

Does Hunt: Showdown Offer Cross-Progression?
Let’s assume you’re lucky enough to play on PlayStation and Xbox and own Hunt: Showdown on both. Awesome! But does Hunt: Showdown offer cross-progression between the two systems?
Unfortunately, no. If you play the PvPvE game on both consoles, they’ll have separate accounts, statistics, and progression. The same goes for playing on a PC and moving to a console. There’s no cross-progression!
