You can sleep in House Flipper 2 by first unlocking the Well Deserved Rest perk under the Flipper Skills tree.
Once you unlock the perk, it’s activated forever until you erase your saved game data. Then, you can rest your head in a bed and wake up at the crack of dawn to renovate and decorate homes in the daylight again!

Can You Sleep in Any Bed in House Flipper 2?
With the “Well Deserved Rest” perk in House Flipper 2, you can sleep in any bed in the game. You do not need to return to your office to sleep. Yes, even a client’s bed is fair game in this world, so rest easy knowing they’ll never know you slept under their sheets first.
If you want to roleplay, nothing stops you from returning to the office each night. After all, the game is set in a small town. From an RP or lore perspective, you can likely reach either side in minutes.
