Your first introduction to Lab Rat in Gray Zone Warfare is in Meds Wanted. She tasks you with tracking down medical supplies left behind in your faction’s starting town. How to Complete Meds Wanted in Gray Zone Warfare
In Meds Wanted, Lab Rat tasks you with infiltrating your faction’s starting town, locating the UNLRA camp near the water tower, and exfiltrating with a box full of medical supplies.
It’s not an overly difficult task, especially considering you can reach the area relatively unharmed by flying to one of the following landing zones:
- Lamang Recovery Initiative
- Alpha 2
- Mithras Security Systems
- Bravo 2
- Crimson Shield International
- Charlie 2
Once you land, infiltrate the town from the flank, eliminate any guards you encounter, and enter the medical compound. It’s tough to miss as the water tower soars above everything else in the vicinity.

These are the coordinates for each faction’s starting town, pointing you directly to the water tower. Once there, you’ll note a small shack in the far right corner of the compound. Inside the back room, there’s a shelf with the UNLRA Medical Supplies sitting there, waiting for you to scoop up!
Note: The UNLRA Medical Supplies require a 2×2 slot in your inventory, which will take up the entirety of the starter secure container!
