How to Heal All Conditions in Gray Zone Warfare
Thankfully, healing items in Gray Zone Warfare prove relatively cheap. You can earn them by completing quests for Lab Rat or purchasing some directly from her. They’ll heal all status ailments in the game, such as:
| Status Condition | Solution |
|---|---|
| Bleeding | Use a Bandage or Tourniquet |
| Hurt | Treat wounds, then use Ibalin or Meloxicam |
| Pain | Use Ibalin or Meloxicam |
| Out of Breath | Stop moving or walk |
| Exhausted | Use Ibalin or Meloxicam |
| Fainting | Heal wounds, then drink, eat, and refill your lost blood with a Blood Pack |
| Fatigued | Stop sprinting and find somewhere to rest |
| Sore Arms | Take a break from shooting, or use the semi-automatic fire mode for more controlled fire |
| Dizzy | Drink water or use a Blood Bag |
| Broken Bone | Use a splint |
| Wounded Organ | Use a Surgery Kit |
| Coma | A partner or ally must use a Surgery Kit to remove the Coma status. However, the healing item must be in their chest rig to use. |
| Inflammation | Take Ibalin or Meloxicam |
| Nauseous | If nausea is caused by liver injury, radiation exposure, or intoxication from medications, a surgery kit is the only solution |
| Cramps | Find somewhere to rest, then use Ibalin or Meloxicam |
| Dazed | Use a Blood Bag to prevent additional blood loss and recoup what you’ve lost |
| Tremors | Use painkillers, such as Ibalin or Meloxicam |
