You’re looking for a woven basket on the front porch of each location. It’s typically located just beside the main entrance, on the exterior, and is quite hard to miss. Walk up to the basket, hit the interact key (Hotkey: F), and then you’ll automatically place the medical supplies within the basket. Job done!
