What’s the Appeal of the Vietnam-era CAR-15 in Gray Zone Warfare?
Besides the iconic factor of using this weapon, the recreated CAR-15, built around an M4 in Gray Zone Warfare, proves relatively lightweight, highly maneuverable, and accurate in mid-range combat. It’s a fantastic starting weapon for those new players on a budget who don’t want to run the same old M4A1 mission after mission.
That said, this is not your weapon if you want accuracy at range. It drops off quickly, unfortunately, and the ergonomics could use some improvement. But hey, that’s what you get for using an old-school weapon before ergonomic designs became the norm!
