There are numerous reasons why I prefer using a short-barrel rifle in Gray Zone Warfare, as well as most other tactical/extraction shooters. First and foremost, they offer greater maneuverability. Furthermore, the overall weight reduction typically makes a difference in your movement speed and stamina exhaustion.
