To get a Gatling Laser in Fallout 76, tackle Public Events, unlock U.S. Government Supply Crates, or purchase the plans from MODUS in The Whitespring Bunker in exchange for Gold Bullion. I first acquired a Gatling Laser by completing Radiation Rumble and then a second one from Spin the Wheel.
You can tackle any Public Events in the game; however, as rewards will typically be randomized, you may as well have fun while grinding for a heavy weapon.
How to Craft a Gatling Laser in Fallout 76
You can craft the Gatling Laser in Fallout 76 by visiting a Weapons Workbench, though you must have the Gatling Laser Plan, which you can acquire from Containers in The Savage Divide, Treasure Maps, and Daily Ops. You also require the Science Master I Perk. With those prerequisites, bring together the following resources:
- 15x Aluminum
- 12x Circuitry
- 9x Crystal
- 12x Fiber Optics
- 12x Gears
- 21x Plastic
- 32x Steel
It’s quite a costly heavy weapon. But if you can pull together enough Fusion Cores to keep up the fire, it’s a viable build for end-game events.
