What is Silent Hill 2?
Silent Hill 2 is an upcoming remake of the original of the same name—a survival horror, single-player, story-driven experience. In it, you take on the role of James Sunderland, a widow who returns to Silent Hill after receiving a letter from his deceased wife.
The remake features a modern third-person camera system, so there are no more clunky tank-like controls like in the original. Furthermore, the environments have been scaled up greatly, with far more detail and immersive elements to draw you into the spooky world.
Lastly, James can use various weapons, including firearms and melee, but also stealth when a situation calls for sneaking. Though this is still a survival horror game, you won’t need to run from every encounter. Use combat wisely!

What Are the Silent Hill 2 System Requirements?
Developer Bloober Team previously unveiled the Silent Hill 2 system requirements to the world, saying that minimum requirements would enable 30 FPS on Low/Medium and recommended requirements would enable 60 FPS on Medium and 30 FPS on High.

Does Silent Hill 2 Have Controller Support?
Silent Hill 2 will offer full controller support on PC, primarily supporting Xbox and DualSense controllers. However, according to their Steam page information, PlayStation controllers require a USB connection. They do not support Bluetooth connectivity, which is odd.
What Systems is Silent Hill 2 Releasing On?
When Silent Hill 2 finally launches on October 8, it will do so simultaneously on PC and PlayStation 5.
Is Silent Hill 2 a Timed Exclusive?
