When Does Winds of Change Release?
Europa Universalis IV: Winds of Change—the latest expansion to the hit grand strategy game from Paradox Interactive, will launch worldwide on May 8. It’s available to purchase on Steam and costs $19.99, as per usual with the game’s expansions.
