Escape From Tarkov: Everything Included in The Unheard Edition

If you’ve yet to dive into Escape From Tarkov’s controversy lately, know that developer Battlestate Games unveiled a staggeringly expensive version with severe pay-to-win mechanics and version-locked DLC. The community isn’t thrilled. But for now, here’s what’s included in The Unheard Edition of Escape From Tarkov.

Escape From Tarkov The Unheard Edition Contents and Details

Whether you’re a long-time fan of Escape From Tarkov, tactical shooters, or the extraction shooter genre, you’ve likely explored The Unheard Edition since its unveiling in April. But do you know what’s included in this version of the game?

  • Instant access to the closed beta
  • Digital copy for pre-load
  • Access to PvE co-op mode with persistence progression, which will never wipe
  • Enhanced stash size (10×72)
  • Unique in-game ID
  • Expanded PMC pockets
  • Increased Fence standing
  • More Flea Market slots
  • Unique in-game melee weapon
  • Increased male retention time
  • Additional background screens
  • Free access to all upcoming DLCs (Season Pass)
  • Access to Early Test Server
  • Additional equipment and resources

All that is for an astounding $250 for new buyers or a $100 upgrade fee for existing players who own the Edge of Darkness Edition of Escape From Tarkov. It’s absolutely pay-to-win and egregious.

The studio is attempting to appease EoD owners, but it’s not looking good. No one is genuinely happy with this outcome, though a few streamers already bought the more expensive edition “for content,” of course.
