At its core, Dredge is a simple game. You venture out on your fishing boat, reel in a boatload of catches, and then return to town to sell your fish. The money you earn pays for upgrades so that you may catch even more and bigger fish. But first and foremost, you must know where to sell fish in Dredge!
How to Sell Fish in Dredge
To sell fish in Dredge, progress through the storyline, and you’ll meet The Fishmonger. He’s a crusty old man with a gruff demeanor who warns you about the dangers of the archipelago and, more specifically, nighttime. But all the same, he will buy fish from you and provide you with the occasional order that pays well.
You can find The Fishmonger in Greater Marrow, the first township in the game where you start your adventure. He’s the icon to the right when you’re docked in town.
And thankfully, Fishmonger isn’t picky. He’ll buy any fish you catch, including those with apparent mutations.
As you progress deeper into the story, you’ll inevitably meet the Traveling Merchant. She works aboard a floating barge, selling upgrades and items and purchasing fish. She’s the same as Fishmonger but available in the more dangerous regions of Dredge.

Dredge features around 80 fish to catch, plus various aberrations for each one that stems from the local occult happenings.
