As someone who spent hundreds of hours playing Starfield following its release last year, I cannot wait to jump back into the Settled Systems. This time around, I’m going to mod everything! But do we have a Starfield Creation Kit release date?
When Does the Starfield Creation Kit Come Out?
Alongside an exciting trailer for the upcoming expansion, Shattered Space, Bethesda decided to launch their June update for Starfield the same night as the Xbox Games Showcase. In it, they included the Creation Club, Creation Kit, an extension to the Trackers Alliance faction, and ammo crafting at workbenches!
It won’t be long before we have fantastic mods from the community to enhance the gameplay, exploration, characters, and quests in Starfield!

Starfield Mods We’d Love to See First
I realize it’s controversial, but I’d love to see tactical weapons in Starfield. I was one of those players in Fallout 4 who would download mods for a customizable M4 or HK416, spend too much time, caps, and resources customizing every inch of the weapon, and then clear points of interest of ghouls in the name of the Brotherhood of Steel. I want that same feeling but in Starfield.
But that’s not all!
- Better spacesuits and armor
- Fully realized factions (Bounty Hunters!)
- New and unique companions (romanceable ones?)
- Starship components and interior decoration options
- Alien life forms, like a planet full of Xenomorphs
