There are numerous ways to improve Follower loyalty in Cult of the Lamb, including performing rituals, providing motivation through an adorable dance, or giving gifts. The latter proves occasionally confusing, as you can’t craft a gift, only find them. Here is how to give gifts in Cult of the Lamb!
How to Give Followers Gifts in Cult of the Lamb
To give a gift to a Follower in Cult of the Lamb:
- Approach your Followers and interact with them.
- Select the “Interact” option, which is the megaphone.
- Choose “Gift,” which is the wrapped present. Note: The icon only appears if you have a gift in your inventory.
- Select which gift you’d like to give your Follower.
How to Get Gifts
As previously mentioned, you cannot craft gifts. You will receive them randomly after unlocking the ability to give gifts to Followers. Once you unlock the mechanic, necklaces will randomly drop during Crusades.
You can find them in chests at the end of a run, as boss loot, or by speaking with the various vendors in the game. The latter will cost you Gold Coins, however.
Best Gifts to Give Your Followers
There are a handful of gifts in Cult of the Lamb that you may gift to loyal Followers, including:
- Skull Necklace
- Moon Necklace
- Natures Necklace
- Feather Necklace
- Flower Necklace
- Missionary Necklace
- Golden Skull Necklace
- Demonic Necklace
- Loyalty Necklace
- Dark Necklace
- Light Necklace
The best of these include the Golden Skull Necklace, which makes a Follower immoral; the Loyalty Necklace, which increases loyalty generation by 25%; and the Moon Necklace, which negates the need to sleep.
