Can You Play Escape From Tarkov Single Player? – Answered

I started playing Escape From Tarkov in 2017, long before my daughter entered this world, and ate up all my free time. Nowadays, I’m lucky to land an hour of free time to run a raid, which is why I don’t play EFT as much these days. I can’t keep up with the hardcore players. But with Escape From Tarkov single-player, it’s possible to enjoy the extraction shooter without dealing with the sweat lords!

How to Play Escape From Tarkov Single Player

Whether you simply don’t enjoy PvP, have an unstable internet connection, or outright prefer single-player experiences, there’s a mod for you. Perhaps you want to practice? There’s a mod! Yeah, you can download Escape From Tarkov Single Player via SPT-AKI.

To play the EFT SP mod, you require a legit copy of the game, the launcher and game fully installed, and then the mod files. There’s a convenient auto-installer that makes downloading and installing the single-player mod for Escape From Tarkov easier than ever.

Once you’re done, launch the mod from the game’s launcher, and you’ll find no one plaguing your game. It’s just you and the Scavs. Oh, and the tough-as-nails bosses.

Another key feature that wins us over is the ability to mod the mod. You can add in new weapons, alter the amount of loot you find, and so much more. It’s more than just convenience; it’s a whole new way to play your favorite extraction shooter!

How to Play Escape From Tarkov Solo

There are multiple ways in which you may play Escape From Tarkov solo, outside of using the single-player mod for the game, including:

  • If you load into a raid using the game’s built-in practice mode, you can explore each raid map, find loot locations, practice your aim, and fight Scavs to help you shed that gear fear!
  • Alternatively, you can load into a raid solo without grouping up with anyone. It’s easy: just pick your raid and time, insure your gear as per usual, and then jump straight into the raid while ignoring the group invite features altogether.

That said, Escape From Tarkov is absolutely meant for group play. It’s entirely possible to play through the available content solo, but it’s more challenging. You’re alone, potentially dealing with groups of up to five players, sometimes more, and must navigate the map while dealing with every hostile around.

The Guide Hall started Escape From Tarkov in early 2017, but we’re now looking toward other extraction shooter projects. Keep coming back for more content from your favorite genre!
