The world of ASKA features countless crafting recipes, similar to Valheim and Enshrouded, that should keep you busy and help you progress satisfyingly in the coming days. But to craft, you require resources like Sticks. Here is where to get Sticks in ASKA!
How to Get Sticks in ASKA
One of the earliest resources the game asks you to acquire is Sticks in ASKA. They’re necessary for most crafting recipes, including a Simple Fire, which the tutorial will task you with crafting and placing. But to find Sticks, you must first locate Dwarf Spruce. It’s a small, thin tree with bushy branches of pine-like needles. When you harvest one, you’ll receive two sticks per tree, which adds up nicely.
I’ve had the most luck finding Dwarf Spruce, of course, within the woods just near the spawn on the beach. They’re usually mixed in with the other trees, which means you must search around a little. In time, you’ll unlock additional ways to acquire Sticks, such as felling trees using an axe and other means.
Trust me when I say that you want and need Sticks. It’s perhaps the most helpful resource in the game, allowing you to build essential tools and weapons, along with rudimentary construction pieces to help lay the roots of your Viking village!
