Arena Breakout Infinite: How to Make Money

Arena Breakout Infinite is finally out on Steam; it’s free-to-play and more accessible than hardcore extraction shooters like Escape From Tarkov, but it still leaves you scratching your head occasionally. For instance, you’re probably asking yourself how to make money in Arena Breakout Infinite, right? I got you!

How to Make Money Fast in Arena Breakout Infinite

From buying kits with the best armor and customized weapons to ensuring you have enough health kits for your next raid, making money in Arena Breakout Infinite, known as koen in the game world, is occasionally easier said than done. The following tips will help you earn big and take home stacks:

Making Money With Missions in Arena Breakout Infinite

On top of progressing your player level, which unlocks additional gear, maps, and mechanics, missions pay extremely well for tasks you’re already bound to tackle, anyway. You’re loading into raid after raid, right? Accept a few of the missions from the mission board on the main menu, up at the top, and then complete the straightforward objectives to earn large sums of koen.

There are two types of missions: Season Missions and Missions. Season Missions pay well, mostly in koen and seasonal XP, which further unlock rewards as you progress the seasonal journey. Standard missions also pay well, but often reward you with additional items, too.

Do both!

Targeting High-Value Loot

When you first load into a raid, take a moment to check your map for high-value points of interest (POI), like the Beach Villa on Valley. Inside the southern POI, you’ll find multiple safes to loot, and they often contain extremely high-value items. These items range in rarity and price, but most sell for tens of thousands of koen.

On a recent raid, I found two solar panels, both of which were valued at 30,000 koen. There’s also the chance to loot even more lucrative items, like the Sound-Muffling Cotton shown in the screenshot above. It sells for 75,000 koen.

Keep in mind that you likely won’t receive the full value price of an item when selling to a merchant, however!

Hunting Players

While there are plenty of AI to do battle with throughout each map in the game, especially within points of interest, they’ll offer relatively minor loot and challenge. You want the big dogs, the players. Your fellow player is kitted out with potentially hundreds of thousands of koen worth of gear, from weapons to armor plates to health kits. It’s all worth something.

If you can get the drop on another player, hitting from behind or ambushing from the flank, you can take down most foes with a few well-placed shots to the upper torso or head.

Just don’t let that bugger with the fast-firing Vector pull up on you, as it’s usually a death sentence.

Once you take down the competition, clear the immediate area and listen carefully (we recommend wearing a headset in-raid), before looting the bodies of everything valuable.

Tip: Take their weapons! More often than not, players bring in customized weapons that are valued in the hundreds of thousands of koen. You can part them out and sell each attachment individually, or batch sell the entire kit.

Scoring Big on the Battle Pass

As a free-to-play game, as many suspected in the beginning, Arena Breakout Infinite features the usual Battle Pass mechanic to eke out a little extra income from its player base. You’re not paying an entry fee, and the Battle Pass is completely optional, making it easier to swallow.

That said, if you’re the type to play a single game for hundreds or thousands of hours, paying for the game’s Battle Pass makes sense. You’ll unlock all manner of rewards, including weapon skins, item bundles, player profile customization items, and currency. Don’t worry, though, it’s all in-game koen. You can score millions of koen via the Arena Breakout Infinite Battle Pass!
