Does The Outlast Trials Have Cheats?
Unfortunately, as a multiplayer-centric horror game, The Outlast Trials does not have cheats. While the game does support solo play, developer Red Barrels primarily developed the horror title as a cooperative experience. As such, it runs off their servers, and the goal is an even playing field for everyone.
That said, it won’t be long before someone develops a cheat engine that allows you to alter the game’s script and files. You will likely wind up with immense capabilities, such as changing incoming damage, your character’s health pool, and run speed. But using such methods may probably result in a ban. How Red Barrels will respond to cheats in The Outlast Trials is unclear.

How to Get Better at The Outlast Trials
Instead of using cheats, why not focus on improving your capabilities in the game? Now, I’m not tossing out a blanket statement like “git gud.” When I first started playing The Outlast Trials a mere week after its Early Access launch, I died frequently. I was beyond terrible at the game and nearly quit altogether.
Over time, however, following one successful Trial, I started to snowball. I improved and learned the game’s mechanics, how enemies work, where to hide, and which items to focus on in the limited inventory space. It helped improve my enjoyment of the game tenfold, without the need for cheat codes.
