Whether you play on PC or PlayStation 5, sometimes it’s just better to play with people on your platform’s ecosystem. Whether it’s because of lag or perhaps you want to avoid the pinpoint aim of a mouse and keyboard player, turning off crossplay in ARC Raiders could help improve your experience. Here’s how to do it!
How to Turn Off Crossplay in ARC Raiders

If you’d rather play without crossplay in ARC Raiders because you don’t want mouse and keyboard players having an unfair advantage, it’s easy enough to turn off crossplay.
First and foremost, check the bottom right beneath the ‘Play’ button to check whether crossplay is on or off.

If it’s set to on, then select the gear icon in the bottom right corner to open the settings. From there, you’re already in the right place. In Gameplay, down beneath Online, you’ll find the Crossplay option.
You can swap it from on to off while at the menu, but not during a match!
What Platforms is ARC Raiders On?
Like most modern video game releases, with the exception of niche indie titles, ARC Raiders is available on the big few platforms. You’ll find the extraction shooter on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
As such, crossplay functionality between all three ecosystems can cause havoc for some players, especially those on consoles. Sometimes, it’s best to stick to your own platform to even the playing field!
