One of the most appealing things about Amber Isle is the ability to invite paleo folk to Amber Isle. There are a variety of personalities and creatures that you can meet. This is also how you can upgrade your tools.
Gain Access to the Post Office
The first thing you need to do is gain access to the post office. This isn’t hard to do, but it takes some patience. You have to complete the tutorial first. Once you’ve finished the tutorial, go up the hill on the left side of your shop and interact with the building on top.
Once you find the post office, interact with it by pressing E. This will bring up a menu with a list of paleo folk you have met. Next, click on the paleo folk you want to move in and look at the requirements, found on the right side of the screen.
Work on the Requirements
Once you know what paleo folk you want to move in, start working on their requirements.
Most paleo folk will have one to three requirements you need to meet before they’ll move in.
The first requirement for all paleo folk is the region requirement. This should be met automatically since you can’t meet the paleo folk until you have unlocked the region they need to live in.
The second requirement that almost all paleo folk will have is the region rating. There are a couple of ways to improve the region rating. The first way to do this is to make repairs around the region.
Another way to improve the region rating is by getting rid of trash piles that take up space when you initially unlock the region. The final thing you can do to increase the region rating is by inviting paleo folk to the region.
The final requirement that paleo folk may have is a population requirement. In order to meet this requirement, you simply need to invite other paleo folk to live on Amber Isle.
Placing and Building the House
Once you’ve met all the requirements, you’ll be able to select the send invite button in the bottom right-hand corner of the profile of the paleo folk you want to move in with. Note that you need to make sure you have enough amber to build the house, which you can earn by running your shop.
Whenever you click send invite, you’ll be brought to a screen in the region where paleo folk live. Here, you can place the house wherever you want.
Finally, head over to where you placed the house, hold down E to finish building it, and welcome your new dinosaur friend to Amber Isle.
